Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at Pedallers Point. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
The item must be returned in the original packaging.
A return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Note: Some items such as innerwear, nutritional supplements, or customized orders are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Email us at info@pedallerspoint.in with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is defective/damaged.
Our team will confirm eligibility and guide you through the return process.
You may be asked to ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return it and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details.
We will replace the product at no extra cost or issue a full refund, based on your preference and product availability.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
